When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days to process the order because we do a thorough quality check to ensure you get the best product possible. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Do I need to pay for tax, VAT and customs?
No, you don't need to pay for taxes, VAT and customs because they are included in the product price.
Why hasn’t my tracking link updated?
Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. Tracking links don’t always get updated daily, links can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry, your package is still on its way to you!
I didn’t get my package in 10 days, is it lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery time it doesn’t mean it’s lost. Packages can be delayed for a number of reasons, always check with your local postal service they’ll be able to provide up-to-date information.
What should I do if my package says it has delivered but I have not received it?
Please email us at help@creamcy.com so we can look into that ASAP for you.

Please contact the courier immediately and they’ll be able to help track down your package!
Creamcy Cases cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail carrier that has not been received such as lost or stolen.
Creamcy Cases cannot be held liable for unsuccessful package delivery because of the incorrect mailing address provided by the customer.
