If your item has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the item's arrival for a resolution.
We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days to process the order because we do a thorough quality check to ensure you get the best product possible. We appreciate your patience during this process.
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days and ship them via standard shipping, which takes 4-7 business days. If you need your phone case sooner, we also offer express shipping options at checkout.
Yes! We currently provide shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries or regions we will contact you.

If your order has not been processed, we can still update that order information for you. If your order has been processed we, unfortunately, are unable to make any changes to your order and we advise you to contact the mail courier immediately.

You will receive your tracking information once your order is processed and shipped. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address that was put in at the time of checkout.

For your reference and assurance, our global suppliers provide us with tracking numbers along with your orders and we would also be glad to assist and check on the status of the package.
Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. Tracking links don’t always get updated daily, links can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t been updated, don’t worry, your package is still on its way to you!
If your order has not been processed, we would be happy to get it canceled for you. If your order has been processed we, unfortunately, are unable to cancel your order. However, you can return your item for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
We will try our best to get to your email request before your item ships out but we cannot guarantee we will be able to catch your order before processing.
